Phase One – Participants will take the following assessments and learn their strengths & weaknesses as a Unit Leader & Manager. • Assessing Your Capability to Complete Specific Leadership and Management Tasks-Defining Leadership & Management • Mulligan Leadership Personality Assessment-Eight Traits • Myers Briggs Type Indicator • Personal, Work Preference and Work Rewards Surveys • Behavior in Groups Survey and Leading Groups Assessment Dr. Mulligan will go over the results of each assessment and a growth plan will be developed and executed by each participant.
